Instructions

  1. Season the sweet potatoes. In a medium bowl, combine the diced sweet potatoes with olive oil, a pinch of salt, ground black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix thoroughly to ensure the sweet potatoes are evenly coated with the seasoning.
  2. Air fry the sweet potatoes. Place the seasoned sweet potatoes into the air fryer basket and cook at 375 ℉ for 25 minutes. Shake the basket gently around the 10-minute mark to help them cook evenly and achieve a perfect texture.
  3. Prepare the eggs. While the sweet potatoes are cooking, heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly coat it with a little oil. Once hot, crack the free-range eggs into the pan, season with salt and ground black pepper to taste, and cover the pan to cook.
