Ingredients
Scale
Fruits
- 400g strawberries, hulled
Other Ingredients
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Prepare Strawberries: Wash and hull the strawberries, then blend three-quarters of them until smooth.
- Chop Remaining Strawberries: Roughly chop the remaining quarter of strawberries to add texture to the jam.
- Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the blended strawberries, chopped strawberries, lemon juice, maple syrup, and chia seeds. Mix thoroughly to ensure all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Thicken the Jam: Allow the mixture to sit for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally. During this time, the chia seeds will absorb liquid and thicken the jam naturally.
