Ingredients

Scale

Crust

  • 1 package graham crackers, crushed
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Cream Cheese Layer

  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup cold milk
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 (8-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed (half of the container)

Caramel Pecan Layer

  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chopped pecans, divided (half for mixing, half for garnish)

Chocolate Pudding Layer

  • 1 cup instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 3/4 cups cold milk

Garnish

  • Remaining 1/2 (8-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • Chocolate syrup, for drizzling
  • Caramel syrup, for drizzling
  • Reserved 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Prepare Crust: Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs. In a bowl, combine crumbs with melted butter until moistened. Press mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
  2. Make Cream Cheese Layer: In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Gradually add powdered sugar, 1/4 cup cold milk, and vanilla extract; beat until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in half of the thawed whipped topping. Spread this mixture evenly over the chilled crust. Return dish to the refrigerator for another 30 minutes.
  3. Add Caramel Pecan Layer: Toast chopped pecans if desired. Reserve half (1/2 cup) for garnish. In a bowl, stir the remaining half (1/2 cup) of chopped pecans into 1 cup of caramel sauce. Carefully pour and spread the caramel-pecan mixture evenly over the cream cheese layer. Chill for 15-20 minutes to allow caramel to set slightly.
  4. Prepare & Layer Chocolate Pudding: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup instant chocolate pudding mix with 2 3/4 cups cold milk vigorously for 2-3 minutes until thickened. Let sit for 3-5 minutes to thicken further. Carefully spoon and spread the thickened pudding evenly over the caramel-pecan layer. Cover the dish loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, for all layers to set completely.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Once fully set, spread the remaining half of the thawed whipped topping evenly over the chocolate pudding layer. Drizzle generously with chocolate syrup and caramel syrup. Sprinkle the reserved 1/2 cup chopped pecans over the top. Chill for an additional 15-30 minutes for best presentation. Slice into squares and serve. Store any leftovers covered tightly in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
