Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: Gather all the ingredients including milk, yogurt, banana, frozen fruits of the forest, blueberries, chia seeds, cinnamon, goji berries, mixed seeds, and honey.
- Blend: Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy, ensuring all seeds and fruits are fully broken down.

- For a dairy-free version, substitute full-fat milk and natural yogurt with almond or oat milk and dairy-free yogurt.
