Instructions
- Prepare ingredients: Gather fresh blueberries, slice the banana, and measure the yogurt and apple juice. If using mint, pick 3-4 leaves and set aside a sprig for garnish.
- Blend: Place the blueberries, sliced banana, yogurt, apple juice, and mint leaves (if using) into a blender. Blitz until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of water and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
- Serve: Pour the smoothie into a tall glass, ideally with a glass straw for eco-friendliness. Garnish with the reserved sprig of mint to add a fresh aroma and appealing presentation.

- Use chilled apple juice for a colder smoothie without the need to add ice, which can dilute the flavors.
- Greek yogurt will make the smoothie creamier and add more protein, while natural yogurt provides a lighter texture.
